Constitution
Omicron Pi Epsilon is a social and community service sorority, established
in 1990, by a group of friends wishing to foster a unity within their group. This group of young women ran semesters
of pledging for those wishing to become sisters of Omicron Pi Epsilon. Through the years, the sorority grew and changes
were made to improve it.
In the Spring of 1993, a select group of women decided to become totally
inactive and break away from the sorority. Through this exodus, Omicron Pi Epsilon lost twelve sisters and its constitution,
but not its continuing goal of friendship and sisterhood. Through the added strength of three new pledge classes, who
were eager to improve the sorority, Omicron Pi Epsilon rose to new heights.
The sisters of Omicron Pi Epsilon who chose to continue
the sorority, along with the new sisters of the 1993 and 1994 pledge classes combined their ideas and suggestions of what
the sorority should be to form this, the new constitution of Omicron Pi Epsilon.
